Sonia Kruger Suggest Ban On Muslim Immigration

So Sonia Kruger has made a very bold statement suggesting banning Muslim immigration. I understand this is going to be very controversial. Let’s look at what the Anti-Defamation Commission chairman, Dr Dvir Abramovich said; he says this is a misguided and outrageous statement. I think ploughing a truck through crowds of people in Nice is misguided and outrageous.
Further, he says that banning Muslims is deeply offensive, irrational and unacceptable. For many Australians, I don’t think it is that offensive but rather rational despite freedom of religion, and should at least be an acceptable topic for conversation.
Again, he says, “Banning anyone from entry to our country on the basis of their religion goes against long-standing Australian values of respect, inclusivity and religious freedom.” Freedom of religion may be a long-standing value of all Western democracies, however Western democracies are now faced with a short-standing threat of terror. Personal safety and freedom of religion are now trade-offs. I think many people will think that personal safety will trump freedom of religion if there is a threat to safety – and there is. 84 crushed bodies on the foreshore of Nice says so, merely the latest blood spilt by a very hideous ideology.
Enough is enough. We don’t have to stand idly by why the enemy to Western values infiltrates our borders and plots to kill us in any despicable act of murderous violence they can imagine.
It’s not the moderate Muslims but the extreme ones. However, if there is no known way to separate out the two, then all must suffer. Sorry
